  • Nobody outside of event staff or company staff will see your information.
  • If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the automated reset email.

Why we retain your data while it is relevant:

  • For users that purchase/register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide so we can contact them. 
  • We remove old data after it is no longer relevant to a sale, relationship or event.
